You’re not broken, you’re adapting.
Let’s work together to help you feel like yourself again.
That’s why I take an integrative approach, blending Western evidence-based therapies with Eastern wisdom and mindfulness practices, customizing each session to what works best for you. Whether you’re looking for a structured approach to managing anxiety or a space to explore deeper emotional patterns, I provide therapy that is as unique as you are.

For those navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, or personal growth. We’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and build tools for resilience, clarity, and emotional balance.

Relationships can be hard, but conflict doesn’t have to break you. Using Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect.

Family dynamics can be tough, but also transformative. I help families improve communication, resolve tensions, and build understanding across generations, fostering stronger and more supportive relationships.

Trauma reshapes how we live and relate. My approach is gentle, neuroscience-informed, and paced to your comfort, drawing on IFS, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to support deep healing.

Parenthood is a major shift, emotionally, mentally, and physically. I offer support for new and expecting parents navigating identity changes, anxiety, and postpartum challenges
If you’re wondering whether therapy is the right step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit.

My work blends psychology, neuroscience, and soul. I hold degrees in Brain & Cognitive Sciences, Psychology, and Counselling Psychology. I don’t just look at emotions through a therapeutic lens, but through how the brain and body shape our behaviors and relationships.
I weave together approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, grounded in practices of mindfulness and breathwork. My work is not about labeling or correcting you, but about gently uncovering the stories, wounds, and protective patterns that have shaped your experience. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with your inner truth and grow into the fullest version of yourself.
You’re not broken. You’ve just been adapting in brilliant ways.

I take an integrative approach, blending Western evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method with Eastern mindfulness and somatic practices. Therapy is always tailored to your unique needs.
My background in neuroscience allows me to approach therapy from a deeper understanding of how the brain and nervous system shape emotions, relationships, and behaviors. I also integrate both scientific and holistic methods, offering a therapy experience that is adaptable, trauma-informed, and rooted in both modern psychology and timeless wisdom.

Absolutely. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but that first step is often the hardest. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever feels important at your own pace.
